* What do you count as a "report"?
Our pricing is per configured report. It doesn't matter how many times a month it is sent, it counts as just one. You can send it daily, weekly AND/OR daily. Do what's best for you without worrying of extra costs.
Do you have annual plans?
Yup! You've got two months free. They're available from within the billing section.
How long is the trial period?
14 days. No credit card required.
We need a bigger plan, is it possible?
Of course! You can start your trial with a different plan, then reach out to support via the chat at the bottom right or shoot us an email.
Is it all in USD? What about taxes?
All prices are in USD. Taxes only apply to Canadians.
What is the concierge service?
This is us, humans of Metrics Watch. We can help you with your account setup, report creation and so on. Are you migrating from one of our competitors? We will help you import reports. Maybe you have a lot of clients and would like to import them from a CSV, Excel file or whatnot? Sure thing! It's all included!
What are the custom email domain and fully custom report design options?
They are the only add-ons we have. They're both one-time fees.
"Custom email domain" means that we can send emails on your behalf with your own domain. It can be sent from [email protected], for example. It requires some manual configuration on both ends, but it's a manner of minutes for you. It's free with a Premium or Enterprise plan, but costs $150 for lower tiers. It's a one-time configuration fee.
"Fully custom report design": we offer very flexible design options through our white label settings. That said, if you want a fully customized design, we can work with you on that basis. Reach out and we'll discuss the details.
